At each general meeting we include a display (or Show & Tell) of members' recently completed projects. This is a popular part of the meetings, and gives us all a chance to see what the others have been working on.
Members are encouraged to bring one project that they have not shown before to the lower level of the church before the meeting begins so that it can be put on display during the break.
After the break, members bring their projects up to the main hall, "show" them to the guild, and "tell" a little about how, why and for whom they were made.

My name is Debbie Kent and I am going to be the Display Coordinator for our great evenings together. So looking forward to seeing the wonderful creations you have spent time and energy on and helping you share them with all of us. I get so inspired by looking at what you have accomplished and it helps me go home and continue creating.
There will be a list posted near the display area for you to print your name and the name of your quilt. This will help me when I introduce you so we can hear the story of your work. It will also help me to write the article for the newsletter. Thank you. I am looking forward to a year of seeing creativity and wondrous beauty.
