Meetings are held from 7:00 pm to approximately 9:00 pm on the fourth Monday of each month from September to May, excluding December. If the fourth Monday is a statutory holiday, another date is selected.
The meetings are held at Peace Lutheran Church, 928 Liverpool Rd., Pickering L1W 1S6. The doors open at 6:30pm.
Please note that the January 2024 and February 2024 meetings will be held online, using ZOOM.
Guests are welcome for a $5 to $10 guest fee depending on the night's events, except the May Annual General Meeting (AGM). Members will be sent a link for the Zoom conference call prior to each meeting. The meeting will open at 6:30pm, and start at 7pm.
