I am program coordinator for the Twisted Stitchers Quilt Guild in Ajax and wanted to let you know that we are hosting a wonderful speaker in February by way of Zoom meeting. We have only 25 guest spots available to non-members, at the low price of only $10 per person, so we are opening them up to your guild members in case anyone is interested.
On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 7 pm, we are proud to welcome Pat Speth of Nickel Quilt fame as our guest speaker. Many of you already know Pat from her books on nickel quilts using 5" squares, but for those of you who are not familiar with her work she gives a lot of great ideas on using smaller pieces of fabric for making wonderful scrappy quilts. Her topic for the evening is "Five Inch is a Cinch". Check her out here.As I said, there are limited spots available, so it will be on a first come, first served basis.
